I was really craving a fresh sandwich and I usually go elsewhere but I wanted to try a new local spot so I decided to give it a try and when I walked in I was never greeted which is odd. They have ordering screens but I’m paying cash so I waited in line to be served. It seemed there was only one staff member running the entire place so I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she might be stressed from online orders maybe since there was only one other person in the restaurant at the time waiting for their order. Maybe 10 minutes after I’ve been standing waiting patiently a couple walks in to order at the kiosk and I asked if I could be served since I’m paying cash and she reluctantly agreed. At that moment I decided to take my business elsewhere. I’ve worked in plenty food and beverage establishments so id like to believe I have some credibility to speak on the quality of customer service. Save your time honestly. Also wanted to add she seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing because she said she didn’t know how to complete a refund for a client. 🤷‍♀️

The focaccia sandwiches are my favorite in town! I also love the empanadas, and the coffee prices are a steal!

Unacceptable service. I preordered and prepaid for pickup on a day they are open, and specified I really needed it on time. Order was placed multiple days in advance.

I got there early, thankfully, only to find they decided to not open despite their automated order updates texting me. They took my money and didnt deliver. Now I am scrambling to get sandwiches elsewhere while people wait at my house. Tried calling 3x, no answer.

Never giving this place my business again.

WOW what happened? This used to be one of the best breakfast spots around.... Today however I ordered the Maple Avocado breakfast sandwich and the guava pastry.

The Maple Avacado sandwich had NO maple, and a tiny smear of brown avocado. The pastry had the tiniest bit of guava in the center. The person at the counter didn't say one word to me when I picked it up.

$15 completely wasted.

I’ve been there several times @2:45 and they say the place is closed
I know you want to go home but there’s still 15 mins on the clock

This place is divine. The steak au jus and chicken aioli sandwiches are amazing. And they’re huge portions - but so good, you can’t stop eating. I’ve eaten from here 5 times now (dine-in and Uber eats), and every single time the quality has been outstanding and consistent. I hope this place never changes what it’s doing because it’s the best sandwich shop I’ve found in the 30 years I’ve lived in Tampa.

Flatbread and breakfast burrito were delicious. We did notice some prices listed in the restaurant differ from prices online and on the kiosk when ordering.

Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. Waited 15 minutes with no one else at the shop, then decided to stand up by the cash register. Made eye contact with several people several times and no one acknowledged my presence. I finally spoke to a lady working and she told me to wait a few more minutes. After I spoke to her she made my things in front of me and I left. It should not take 25 minutes for a sandwich and coffee with no one else there.

Cute sandwich shop on the outskirts of Ybor. Freshly made options for sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and even house baked focaccia. The Tampa Cubano was hot and tasty and the Latin Chef Salad was full . Would come back again.

Stopped on a whim traveling 75 south, thought would be fun to check out Ybor city for lunch. What a lovely surprise to stumble upon this great sandwich shop.
Best Cuban I have ever had! Toasted perfection.
Ordered the Tampa Cuban comes with salty, crunchy potato sticks . The addition of salami and garlic aioli make this sandwich next level.
