The Guava Flan is amazing… absolutely delicious!!
Coming from Miami and Cuban cuisine being part of my upbringing, the best Cuban sandwich I’ve had in years was at Flan Factory. Let’s start by saying the frita took me back to late clubbin nights and going to Flagler for a Frita afterwards. Hands down the best! The Cuban sandwich was spot on. The Cuban fried rice was OMG delicious! Side of tostones and fried cheese was fire! Washed it down with the horchata iced coffee and topped it off with 13 flavors of flan.
