The server was awesome the food not so much the wings where not really hot when they came out and they tasted old very tough to chew the chips and dip was not good either chips tasted a little stale and the salsa tasted kinda weird I would probably not go back for the food but the service was good
I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. However, my experience tonight was a little disappointing. Let me first start off by saying my server Yvonne was such a sweetheart. The dissatisfaction had nothing to do with her. I ordered 6 bone in wings, and the smallest wings possible were served. I understand things happen. These wings though had barely any meat on them.
I placed an order tonight through the website and it said “pick up in 15 minutes”. I did this at 6:57pm but when I checked out AFTER it said my order was for 8:00pm. Knowing it’s the superbowl I decided to be understanding. I get there and the takeout section is PACKED. Doordashers are complaining, people waiting over an hour and a half for their orders.
