I had no problems, the attention of the employees was good. Unfortunately the place does not give a good impression, the food was ok, they do not have trays, the bathrooms you have to ask them to open because they remain closed. There are many people asking for money. I wouldn't go back, I don't recommend it.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, but I also needed to use the restroom. The staff told me that I had to make a purchase before they would open the restroom for me. If I need to pee, how can I purchase something first? I can't control myself! This is disgusting. If a person goes to a restaurant, they should be able to use the restroom first and then make a purchase.

Just left this Burger King 12/31/24 . The worst experience I have ever had. I arrived at 530 pm. I order 2 Whopper Meals 1 Chicken Sandwich meal and 10 piece chicken nugget. The staff were very rude and didn't no what they were doing the manger was very rude and talked to his employees like trash. They were all out of uniform. The manger was a older guy that walks with a cane. I watched him make sandwiches with is bare hands after he was on his phone and as he was making sandwiches keep checking his phone. Still no gloves. Phones can the most nasty things out there we use the all the time and even in the restroom so for him to be making people food while texting is so disgusting. It also took tell 605 pm tell I got all my good. The nuggets were last so all my other food was cold. I spent a total of $40 and had to throw it all away because grossed me out with manger touching his food with his bare hands while texting. Nasty 🤮🤢

Don't go here ever. They said they were out of French toast, but couldn't refund it or switch it out with something they did have. And the iced coffee. So that was about $10 I lost on the one order. I repeat: Don't go here ever.

The food was cold. It took over 10 minutes for the girl to come to the drive thorough order just to acknowledge us. Then she was extremely rude. Then took over 10 minutes to wait for the food at the window. We were the only car in the drive thro6the whole time. They weren't even busy. Terrible, Terrible experience.

Never understood how people can get a job with the disrespect they give out to the customers. Dont ever come to this Burger King unless it’s ur only option . Was not acknowledged and the man was very rude. Overall employees had no manners or decorum , they need assistance from the better business bureau

Good morning I just left this Burger King why did they serve me cold food for breakfast. And they serve me sum old ass hash browns. When everything is supposed to be hot and fresh when you are serving customers. I call them about 6 or 7 times and nobody or no one is picking up or answering the phone. I am going to report them to cooperate

Every time i try to go through the drive through im told to go inside. The one time I asked why I couldn't order through the drive through like everyone else was i got attitude and a sigh followed up by “what do you want then” Horrible people working here, not going back. When I asked the girl the window. She said, “I don’t know. I just work here. I don’t care.”

Seems like anytime I order food in the hood, it's either incorrect, or I have to wait a million years and the Whopper Junior has officially become the Whopper junior junior

This could very well qualify as one of the top 5 worst burger kings on the planet. Everytime I go there, there is some sort of a calamity. Either it got hit by lightning, and the credit card machine is down, or they are on shift change, and no one is available to my order. The drive-through never works, then they tell you to come inside, and I don't want to go inside, there are homeless everywhere. This is the whole reason for a drive through, so you do not have to go inside! Better yet, you come outside and take my order when your stuff isn't working.
