Went to the Burger King located at 801 E. Scott st Tampa and order a coffee and I asked to use the restroom. The really heavy set manager asked me if I had to go #1 or #2 , when I said #2 she denied me access to the restroom. I was a paying customer not someone who wasn't. Tried calling corporate office and all the numbers are not the right #'s and evening Trying to get ahold of the district manager weren't even avaliable on the website. WHO EVER READS THIS, I RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO ANOTHER BURGER KING, DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON E. SCOTT ST. The service is very poor. But there is 1 short manager lady who is polite.

If I could give no stars I would. Rosie the so called store manager does Not represent your company well. She is rude and does not know how to speak to customers. After asking questions about my change she asked me did I still want my food because she didn’t have time for that? I’m sorry didn’t I pay for it- yes I want my food just minus your attitude. Service was horrible and just distasteful.

This Burger King is not recommended for dining in. The restroom was locked and out of service, which was already inconvenient. When I arrived, there were about 6–8 employees in the back, but only 2 seemed to actually be working. I was the only customer inside, yet it still took nearly 20 minutes total to get my food.
After going in and finding the bathroom unavailable, I went to the drive through in line as the only customer and waited over 5 minutes just to have my order taken, then another 10–15 minutes for it to be filled.
The one positive was the woman working at the front — she was very kind, and it was clear she was doing her best to keep things moving, even while several of her coworkers stood around talking instead of helping.

TL - DR go somewhere else. I do not appreciate getting harrased for leaving too small of a tip. 3$, all she did was take an order and I need to pay her? She's already getting paid by burger King! I also wanted to sit there, but she packed it to go. So I felt not welcome to stay, as she continued talking about the lame tip I gave her. I rarely go into a burger King, and those type of experiences would make a person not come back for many many years.
I still love the original chicken sandwich. Good service and polite staff.

The Honest Review
I’m unsure of how a mobile order placed more than 10min before arrival takes so long when no one is in line or at the window, and the parking lot is empty.
Next, if you are considering eating here PLEASE DONT! I have had BK elsewhere and have NEVER gotten sick. The 2 times that I did eat at this location I GOT EXTREMELY SICK. Throwing up, nosebleed, stomach pains, and the rest. The 1st time was a few hours later the 2nd time I got sick immediately and threw up. The burger literally tasted like poison (the part I spit out) - I stopped eating it after tasting this. However by this time I’d already taken about 4 bites.
If you are here looking at google reviews you are probably looking to see if others have experienced this, THEY HAVE! Take a look and truly read the other reviews.
I will be contacting the local health and food safety department as this is unacceptable (my experience and what others have stated). This BK must be taken over my new management and all employees fired as to create a new environment and attitude or this place must be shut down completely. I’m contacting corporate too as I literally may sue over how sick I have been since eating here the last time (last night 8/5/2025)
Someone could get very sick and x due to something like this/what I’ve experienced and BK would be liable.
Please do not eat here or give this food to any child, elderly person or pregnant woman.
