I place my order and when I’m done the guy behind the counter says he’s alone and isn’t doing orders. Some kind of crooked operation.

This was definitely not a great experience
There’s only two screens you can order from nobody helping you with questions and it puts an automatic tip that if you don’t notice you Don’t know where that’s going. Then waited 30 minutes to get a partial order, (wrong burger) and another 15 minutes to get fries that were cooked too fast and not good. When I asked about a refund before I receive the second half of my order, they avoided doing it and whipped me out these fries. Although they were never rude, it is bad management and there were people constantly waiting for their orders as well. They were consistently backed up without any organization, they have something to reevaluate.

I ordered one (1) burger. No fries or addons. It took 30+ minutes. Restaurant wasn’t super busy but the staff were so non-chalant and had no sense of urgency and a backup happened behind me.

Every time I visit this BurgerFi location, I’m greeted with such positive energy that it honestly sets the tone for my whole day. The team is always upbeat, friendly, and ready to help — and I have to give a special shoutout to Wade, the cook. He is consistently super helpful, incredibly accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything comes out just right.It’s rare to find a spot where the service is as great as the food, but this location nails it every single time. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe how dirty this place has gotten. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I think the health department needs to come take a look… they no longer have cashiers, just kiosks and the food takes forever.

Omgosh the whole place was DISGUSTING! Trash all over, tables not wiped, counters, even the ketchup cup holder, flat out gross. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms which were both out of soap. Not even a person to talk to. I was too grossed out to even eat the food. If all we could see was gross, I can’t even imagine them making the food in the back. For it to be in such a nice location, this is unacceptable.

While walking along the beautiful views of channelside, we decided to try this fast food burger place. The burgers were good for fast food. The manager and staff were working extremely hard because it was so packed. I have to do a review on how non stop hard they were working to keep up with all the orders.

If I could give zero stars I would. They replaced all human interaction with kiosks which were incredibly slow and stopped working at one point. My order was also completely wrong which is surprising since it’s literally printed out for the cooks. Bun was ice cold, they put the wrong cheese, forgot lettuce and smothered it in a sauce I said I didn’t want. All for $30.

Run down & dirty, awful quality, awful service. There was trash and junk everywhere. You have to place your own order at a kiosk and it still takes 20 min to get “fast food”. No idea how this place is rated 4 stars. Maybe at one point it was nice but now it is a complete dump. Should be shut down on health violations and replaced with something nicer.

Simply embarrassing, for the customers, and the employees, the manager of this location should not be allowed to exist, 6 months ago was horrible, but love the food so thought surely they'd have fixed the staffing issues, wrong they've lost my business permanently. The poor families waiting on food before the game might have missed the entire hockey game 😕

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really deserves honesty.

When I ordered, one item wasn’t available. I was understanding, and they politely offered a replacement. (which I’m not sure they even actually ended up giving me). But then I ended up waiting for what felt like forever. My phone even died while waiting. People who came in long after me got their food first, and it really seemed like my order had been forgotten. I had to walk up and remind them of my order.

When my order was finally ready, they told me another item wasn’t available. I stayed understanding and polite, but it was quite frustrating.

The worst part came when I got home and realized one of my vegetarian burgers wasn’t vegetarian at all. I didn’t realize until after eating part of it, and I got extremely sick, because my body actually physically can’t process meat. Beyond that, it was also emotionally distressing (for me as a person) to realize I’d eaten an animal.

I truly understand that mistakes happen, and the employees seemed very polite. But nonetheless, what happened wasn’t okay. I really hope they take this as a sign to be more attentive and considerate, especially with dietary restrictions.

This place let me order at 1pm on Sunday says open daily took my money and it's closed. Give me my money back now. This is stealing.
