Food was $50 for 3 burgers took 40 minutes and they forgot the bacon. Restaurants was a mess trash everywhere all sodas where out only had one option. After 40 minutes and notified the employee about no bacon. Some dude with pants hanging half way down his ass came and gave us cold bacon in a beverage cup.

Decided to stop here before the lightening game and I'm sorry I did. I should have read the reviews before coming. We purchased 2 burgers 2 large fries and 2 drinks. My burger was made incorrectly and when explaining the issue, the worked just stated and asked what the problem was then proceeded to do nothing to fix the issue. Tables and floor were disgusting. Over priced food. Service slow, employees rude and unhelpful. Looking at the reviews of this place, these same issues have been going on for sometime and have not been fixed.

Terrible Service!!!! Waited over 15min for an ice cream… no food, no drinks, just a simple vanilla ice cream! After 15min of waiting, I went back to the register after seeing all the employees standing around doing nothing and asked about my order. They made it only after I asked about it and said they forgot to make it. That’s UNACCEPTABLE. Will never come back to this place! The manager was unwilling to offer an apology or a refund. We came here 1/3/2025 @ 6pm.

There are zero people to help. You have to order in a machine that is super slow. The soda machine had no ice in one and neither had syrup in them. There was no ketchup. Food all over the floor and then we didn’t ask for jalepenos on our burgers and all 3 had them. Will never come back

Not much of a great experience. The food is good but the restaurant itself is nasty. Everything is dirty on the tables and the employees do nothing about it and expect you to do it yourself. Almost every soda option in their machines were out and even after telling them, they still didn’t go back there and fill in the new soda boxes for the machines. This is a great franchise, don’t ruin it here in Tampa.

Place is beyond gross. No ketchup, fountain drink did not work the touch screen to order had mustard smeared on it. I asked if I could order in person got an attitude. Flys everywhere.I been to many burgerFI but this one needs closeded
Would never recommend the Burger Fi on Channelside. Waited over a half hour for food. For two burgers, two fries, and a pre packed salad. Even though when i walked in i could see no burgers on the grill i was able to get attention of an employee who told me they are backed up with orders and will get mine out soon. No apology for waiting. Also, i have attached thr picture of one of the orders of fries. They couldn’t even fill the container. Also, they have two freestyle machines that are both half empty.

Wow. This place was dirty. I ordered and then while waiting really took it all in. The floors were filthy, the tables filthy, the walls in the kitchen filthy. One soda machine just had a puddle of soda in it, I cannot even imagine how gross the soda lines are. I got my order and could not bring myself to eat it after taking one bite. The burger just wasn’t hot and I was legitimately concerned about food poisoning. The fries were cold and soggy. The staff were nice but seemed like they were just running their own little place to hang out. I cannot stress enough how filthy this place was. If you can’t mop a floor or CLEAN OUT THE SODA MACHINE, I have really big concerns on food being handled safely. .
