It seems like any time we order '100% plant based' burgers without cheese we still end up with cheese and it's extremely frustrating. I've had to get my order remade literally every time I come here. Do they just hate vegans? Why offer a vegan burger?
Over priced food. I got a single cheeseburger. The burger was just ok, nothing special. The fries were not seasoned enough. The chocolate shake was great. The staff was friendly. The food is just ok and costs way too much for what you get.

We ordered two hot dogs and with some onion rings. The hot dogs were incinerated. The presentation was sloppy. Some of the onion rings were fried with the outer skins on. The batter on the onion rings tasted like the hot batter on a spicy chicken sandwich--too much heat for an onion ring. The BurgerFi in Odessa provides much better food and service.
