I had a good experiece hete but they can be more better!!
Not a fan of the service. It’s just a kiosk inside the mall, not a sit down cafe as the name suggests.
Very sweet staff and delicious coffee and treats!
I stopped by yesterday while in the mall with my family. As we were looking over the menu and pastries we noticed multiple roaches covering the pastries. We were unable to eat from there. We notified the staff members working there at the time of the roaches and we were meet with blank stares. We will not stop by this shop again!

I ordered the Mocachino👌👌👌👌 super delicious. I don't understand why people waste time having coffee at Starbucks when this place is perfection. Don't skip out on it...trust me it's Amazing!
Wow!! Soooo good!! When ur at the mall they're right across from Starbucks and they have fresher tasting coffee and better pastries AND all for a much better price!!! Definitely give this place a chance you won't regret it! Plus the ladies running it are soooo sweet!

I love this coffee more than I love Starbucks. Why 1 star? Because i care and do not want them to go out of business. Dirty tables, napkin and condiment containers unkempt. Greeting was a simple and curt "yes?". Normally get served in nice porcelain coffee cups and served in to-go cups. When I asked why server stated I did not specify sit down or to go. Isn't that the job of the order taker to ask? Coffee tasted great by the way.

Decided to try Barbera coffee taste is excellent, service is good and pastries not too sugary. Ordered a cappuccino, to me it was well prepared but felt look warm. Not sure if that is procedure but because of that I prefer the company across from them, coffee is hotter. Do not blame the barista.
The coffee is good enough that I bout bags to go. Only franchise of this company in the USA is in Tampa. If you are in Tampa go get a cup of joe from them.
My husband and stopped by to get our coffee and sliced of cheesecake, but we are so disappointed. The coffee itself is not bad Actually I like the way they made it but the cheesecake however is disgusting and the silverware and plate. It was dirty! We can't even finish what we ordered.
