Karen and the rest of the staff are very attentive to my order as I am a regular. I recommend the turkey avocado wrap! The dill sauce is delicious!

Karen is seriously the sweetest!! she always remembers my coffee and food order, which makes every visit feel extra special. Her salmon cream cheese bagel is the best in town, no question, and the Turkey Delight sandwich is my go-to (it’s AMAZING). The place is super clean, everyone’s so friendly, and the prices are totally reasonable. Love this place!

I have purchased multiple items and each time they are fresh and tasty. Some of my favorites are the Three Cheese Panini; Turkey Bruschetta Panini, and the Turkey Avocado Wrap (spinach wrap). Never disappointed. And the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Will continue to order from here and highly recommend!

Coffee tasted burnt, and there was no cream cheese in my bag, even though i paid for it. I called to ask them to refund it, but they can't do partial refunds. I am not able to go back to get it. I regret leaving a tip, but i guess i should've checked before i left, instead of trusting them.

I paid $20.00 for a TINY salad. A complete rip off. And it wasn't even good. It was okay. Absolutely NOTHING special. I could've gotten a better salad from McDonalds. They charge way too much for mediocre food and small portions.

I just got Salmon Avocado pokebowl and medium latte.
I told the ladies at the cafe that this salad is perfectly delicious. I love it. It's just the right combination of all the nutrients, plenty of salmon, and the wasabi comes on the side. I mix it in as needed.
Love the service, always a little chit chatting, smiles, a pleasant place to get breakfast or lunch.

Tucked away on the third floor of the Bank of America Plaza building, you'll find a delightful Caffé. Easily worth the (enjoyable) trip up from the street. The food was excellent. The service was lively and friendly. I can't wait to return.

This is a little convenience cafeteria in the bank’s building; clearly set to cater to staff and clients. I just happened to walk in because it was early and I wanted coffee.
I didn’t taste any of the food, which appears to be largely standard office-building cafeteria fare, but the coffee was good, and the barista knows her business.
The staff is friendly and the service is quick.
There were other coffee shops nearby, but I kept going back to Caffé Fresco every day I was there.

Good morning from Caffé Fresco, a gem in the heart of Tampa’s downtown at the Bank of America building! This cozy coffee market lived up to its stellar Google Maps reviews. The food was delicious, with a fantastic variety of hot and iced coffee flavors. The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming, adding charm to the experience. I highly recommend stopping by for a morning coffee break to enjoy great brews and relax in this small but vibrant spot with big heart and charisma!
