Most of our party had the Haddock menu special, although there were no side vegetables served w it. Served over risotto, I believe. The Osso Buco & Short Rib pasta were both very tasty. My personal dish, the Branzino was fishy. I've actually had better made at home. Piccata sauce was not flavorful at all. Again, I requested this be served over Pappardelle pasta & again no side vegetables accompanied it. Wait staff, Nick, was helpful explaining the dishes to us. Unfortunately, a Cuba Libre, altho ordered as such, was simply rum & club soda. A misunderstanding, certainly. Nice restaurant overall. We infrequently visit. Will wait a while before we return.

We love Caffe Paradiso, our neighborhood jaunt that serves delicious Italian food! It has a wonderful atmosphere, is always fully booked when we go ( on weekends or weeknights) so a reservation is always a good idea. The food is really terrific, everything on the menu that we try there is as good as the next. My husband's favorite is the spaghetti with fresh crab meat (he has it with a red sauce), next the ravioli. I love the spaghetti with fresh clams and olive oil, it's always a winner. I also love the most basic pasta on the menu - angel hair pasta with a light fresh red sauce ( used to be on the menu as Amalfi, now you just have to ask for it. All of the pastas are great, another friend loves the chicken Parmesan, others adore the fish. You really can't go wrong. It's a wonderful place for a date night, or night out with friends or family. You are never rushed so you can really enjoy your meal with your dinner date(s). The wines are great, my husband loves the Campari and soda or Negroni. The tiramisu is light and delicious. Caffe Paradiso has been around and loved for a long time. It's our go to place when we want a great meal!

The food was average The service made the night what it was. The host pointed to open tables and told us to pick a place to sit. 20 minutes between taking glasses and bringing drinks. Servers bumping into your seat. It wasn't pleasant.

Paradiso is now a very popular spot for many different types of diners— old Tampa couples, young couples etc. once it gets busy, the noise level makes it hard to talk. But many probably don't mind that. Wine list is great and bar is lively
As usual Caffe Paradiso was excellent. Service was professional and friendly. Food could not have been better and the atmosphere is elegant with an old school comfortable ambiance.

This is our third time dining here at Caffe Paradiso and they will now be in our regular rotation of restaurants. Why? Excellent Italian cuisine! Excellent service! Local not chain restaurant! We first started off with our appetizer which was a smoked salmon slices with olive oil, capers, onions and toasted bread points. Great flavor! My wife had the chicken Parmesan with grilled chicken instead of breaded and marinara sauce. She said it was the best chicken parm she has ever had! I had the crabmeat linguine pasta with marinara and I believe olive oil. This was excellent too and was very flavorful . The food here is such a departure from the “regular” Italian restaurants with a variety of entrees and appetizers! For dessert, we had the Limoncello cake which was nice and light. Service. Hugo was our server and he was excellent! He knew the menu and made great recommendations. And something else, you don't see in many restaurants here in Tampa and that is the constant attention to the table. From the filling of water glasses to ALL the service staff and I believe the owner/manager constantly making sure our table was clean of used dishes and silverware to the cleaning of the table with the bread crumbs tool. Talk about a First Class restaurant! We will be back! Thanks Caffe Paradiso!
