“We are from Louisiana and there are only two things we miss. One is family and two is the food. Luckily since we have found Batonroux we only miss family. Batonroux dishes are amazing!!! The amount of food you get feed my wife and myself for two evenings. Can’t wait to find her next week to try another dish! DO NOT PASS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY BATONROUX!“

“We were a party of four dining towards closing time on a Thursday evening. Best crab dinner, highly recommend the King crab combo! We also ordered calamari, Buffalo wings (huge) and catfish with fries. Everything tasted super fresh, was served hot and the flavors of the sauces were memorable. Gio was super attentive at exactly the right times without being intrusive, super friendly and super careful about every menu item once we told him one of us had a shellfish allergy. The owners were also amazingly friendly and helpful.
We would go back to Crafty Crab every time one of us wants crab.“

“Wonderful food, although a little bit on the salty side. The bourbon chicken specialty is the most tender and juicy chicken that you’ve ever had with wonderful seasoning. Their portion sizes are huge, with them giving between three and five scoops of chicken for a $10 meal. However, their mac & cheese was watery and diluted, and didn’t taste that good. I recommend getting the standard chicken with the fried rice that it comes with, but no sauce if you’re trying to stay on a low sodium diet. Quick and fast service with very friendly staff. All in all a pretty good restaurant. Come see for yourself. (Independently owned)“

“This was our first experience with Mr and Mrs Crab. The four of us visited at 6 p.m. on a Saturday night and had no trouble getting seated. Our server, I believe his name was Daniel, was excellent in explaining the menu to us and attending to us throughout the meal. We had calamari and fried pickles for the appetizer, and we enjoyed a delicious bowl of clam chowder before dinner. Our friends ordered exactly the same thing we did. Each of us had one boil S-1 The basic, which came with 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound of sausage, and 1/2 pound of blue mussels. The boil also came with ample potatoes and corn. We both ordered the Mr and Mrs Crab special seasoning. I ordered mine with medium heat, and next time I will order it with hot, as it wasn't spicy enough for me. The fish and chips included a generous portion of fish, and we opted for sweet potato fries; both the fish and fries were exceptionally well-prepared. The manager or owner stopped by to ensure our food and service were satisfactory. We didn't all care for the photographer who stopped by with a classic camera to take pictures of us (dinner cruise style). We thought they just wanted the picture for their walls, but sure enough, around she came, trying to sell the photos all framed for us. Just not our style of a private dinner restaurant. However, she was very nice. We will definitely return for another visit. Excellent food.“
