I ordered the Irish Benedict (corn beef, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and English muffins), hash browns, well done, bacon, well done, and corn beef hash. I thought all of my breakfast items were well made and cooked to order. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff was challenged to make the food in a timely manner. Excellent! Great expansive menu. Food preparation perfection! Service off the charts!! Katrina and her associates were so enthusiastic and engaging. Coffee continuously refreshed. The pancake was tempting, tasty, light, and so good. This destination is a keeper!!
First time dining at Canopy Road Cafe. A co-worker suggested it. I went on a Friday morning around 10:00 am. It wasn't busy at all. Friendly service, Katrina is awesome. I had eggs, pancake, home fries(I wanted hash browns but they were out.) and bacon with coffee. Everything tasted good. My coffee was luke warm but when I told the waitress she immediately put on a fresh pot. I sat in a booth which wasn't that comfortable. I would return to try some other items on the...
