This is our neighborhood McDonald's we usually go to. It has always been a good experience.Today I went to the drive thru, as I recieved my food I asked for additional ketchup and 2 honey packets, the young Asian lady attending the window acted very put out, and annoyed, abruptly handed me the items and quickly closing the glass sliding window. These employees get paid more than I do and it is by far the worst customer service I’ve had. Multiple times I’ve placed an order through the app and every time I get sent to the drive thru reserved parking. Waiting 30+ minutes to get an order that is incorrect. The labels and receipts are correct but their employees are illiterate.

Not much of anything was going on when I got there, maybe a few cars in the drive thru. Tell me why it still took 15 min to get my food? The manager seemed like he was having a bad day and thanked me for being patient after I asked about food coming out front. Better service
