The place is nice, the operators are very courteous, but I have to say that the cappuccino I had was not very good!… It was a poor quality cappuccino and they put very little milk or almost none… and it didn’t even have foam! The croissant was very dry and looked old…! I am from Italy and I have worked in hotels and restaurants for 18 years and I want to give you a constructive opinion, because it is a shame with a place built very well….but they have to organize the service, the bar and the products…

11-28 I paid off entire balance owed
The recorded message was ' your payment is going to be posted today '
11-29 spoke with customer service they said because of the Thanksgiving your payment will be posted after midnight or sooner
11-30 I heard a differentmessage ' your payment was received on 11-29 no balance owed and no credit available.
Selective Bookeeping that had to be programmed on purpose by Capital One. I will cut up their card and find a different card company and report this to the banking regulators.!!!

There is nowhere to do any banking here only to get coffee... Can I just deposit a check that the mobile platform is refusing to accept?!

People just love to complain. This place is an awsome chill spot and cheap coffies. And i lile how cold it is inside lol

After finding out they had a center in Tampa. I came here immediately. The deposit I made was smooth. I was greeted instantly by a very pleasant gentleman, Jason. The baristas were very friendly, offered super quick service and the mocha I got was delicious. I will be coming back for sure.

Capital One Cafe was once a nice stop for our dog to walk. They even had treats inside that they would occasionally give him. But since ONE nasty person decided to recommend banning all dogs except for service dogs, Capital One caved. No more visits, purchases, or pup cups at this place. Starbucks continues to be friendly to those who bring their furry family members.

When will business STOP catering to the whiners and complainers and those that suck the joy out of all of our lives?

Visit Capital One Cafe on June 16th on Father's Day outside it looked wonderful, but the smile outside was terrible. It's a little dark on the inside but looks nice.
My issue was that I ordered my coffee good customer service while she was making my drink. I went to the restroom when I came out, and my coffee was made and sitting on the counter without a led on it. That is very unsanitary, and anyone can put anything in the drink. I'm just saying to be safe with drinks and food.

Great ambience. Perfect for socializing and studying. I come here to study all the time but place is freezing cold for most people. Capital one staff does not have control of temperature and building management keep ignoring tickets to correct the temperature. Not so good building management.

Only came to make a deposit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Front is clean. Bathroom was a hot mess. The sink was clogged out slow drain and didn't know how long it was that way.

I have never written a 1 star review and this is a first. I just left this cap 1 cafe because they refused to let me have my bike resting on a wall, so I could get a coffee and leave. They didn’t say a thing while I spent 5 min deposition cash as a cap 1 customer in the atm in the vestibule. I brought it literally on the other side and got In line, then was asked to leave it outside where there is no bike parking or place to lock your bike securely. When asked to take it out , I said it’s a $2000 bike and it can get stolen I’ll be in here for 4 min getting a coffee, and his reasoning was some one could hit it and damage it, I said great then why is there a dog in here which can bite people then? He didn’t have much of an answer.I’m not going to go find a place to park my bike that’s way out of view since Hyde park has 0 bike parking and then walk back into a caffès which need I mind you I’d be in for 3 minutes, because some mf is on a power trip at regulating people who are doing nothing.I bike in and around New York regularly and Tampa is rated as bike friend but cap 1 neither has a safe place to put your bike and won’t let you take your bike in, even though I’ve never had an issue at a single one in NYC. Either get bike parking or tell your people, whom I’ve only until now had pleasant interactions with to learn what a risk is and for the guy with the hipster beard and glasses to get effed and stay effed that’s not how you treat some one.

Parking: There is 0 bike parking or place to lock up a bike to and if you bring it in to get coffee you’ll be asked to leave saying it’s a risk some one may touch and damage the bike, which makes total sense because they dog sitting there that could bite some one wouldn’t be any more of a risk?
