Such a perfect place to study or work. The staff is phenomenal and will bend over backwards to help you.

The concept is interesting, A bank with no money outside of an ATM. They could not even give me a check. But, they had food and drinks! And... the traffic and parking were terrible.

Great place to get work done during the week. The food and coffee options are limited, but it is a bank after all.

Good place to chill or get some work done. Plenty of tables and power connections. Beverage choices and food options are limited, but hey, you're here to tap on a laptop or phone.

Stay away from this horrific bank.. I made a wire transfer From another bank account of mine on Tuesday and it is still not showing up in my bank account they say it’s being looked at, but I can’t reach that department and they gave me no timeline on when I’m going to get it. This is a wire transfer mind you cash from my bank account to Cap One mine account it’s now Friday and I still have no cash and cannot find anybody to talk to me. Stay away from these online banks. They are horrific there’s no one you can talk to no one. You can deal with your problems.

This place is the VIBE. Jason and Robby are entertaining, Carlo makes the best coffee and avocado toast, and the music is always on point. As a student, I wish they had one of these in every city near a university!

Kind of weird how they bother you Everytime you go to the ATM. I understand some people may need help but it’s kinda uncomfortable when they just watch you do your basic ATM transaction. I have also gotten dirty looks from capital one employees when I’m waiting for my coffee.(mostly the bigger guy with dark hair) very unwelcoming.especially when I bank with Capital one and use the cafe as your supposed to. But some of the employees are great and the cafe workers are pleasant.

Very bad service all those who are inside the counter service using cell phones instead of serving and providing a service as it should. The cashier who attended me shows that she does not want to work. Wait about 6 minutes in front of the counter for my coffee, and they did not prepare it. I felt thinking that they would make me get to the table I never get there. good atmosphere but no food service. I can never comment. I get to my table.

The most overstaffed coffee shop I have ever been in. Typically, something like 2-3 floor employees stand around with nothing to do. Bizarre.

Literally sucks. The people can’t help you get money out of your savings. Its a space for free standing atm’s and some mediocre coffee. Seems they care more about the cafe, than actually helping you with your account. Do better

My recent visit to the Capital One Café left me frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. In the past, I enjoyed customized drinks like Frappuccino-style coffees or chai lattes, which baristas were happy to make using their blenders. However, this time, when I asked for a similar drink, I was told they no longer offer such options despite still making strawberry smoothies with the same equipment. The staff explained that the café had switched companies managing its operations, resulting in a stricter menu. This change is a major letdown. If the café has the tools and ingredients, why refuse a simple request? It feels like a lack of flexibility and a disregard for customer preferences. As someone who valued the café’s former adaptability, I’m disappointed by this rigid approach. It makes me wonder if Capital One’s banking services will mirror this inflexibility. If their café can’t accommodate a basic drink order due to a company change, will their financial services be equally unresponsive to my needs? This experience has me reconsidering my relationship with Capital One. A bank that prioritizes customers would ensure its café reflects that same ethos, regardless of operational changes. I’m now exploring other banking options, as this shift leaves me doubting Capital One’s commitment to going above and beyond.
