Upon entering the 21st House, you must be willing to change the good things in life. And, in particular, three:- Eat- Dance- And share with friends and some other Latinos who also come to enjoy.On this occasion, we attended the baptism of the book by Norma Camero Reno, a Venezuelan-American lawyer, friend and good reference in Tampa Bay for her social work in favor of immigrants. That is to say, Casa 21 lends itself to this type of events, which, of course, can be done very early because then the rumba starts until dawn.Write it down if you need it for an event or presentation of your company or family.This place is characterized by Latin music so it is recommended that you prepare to dance and even sing. On Thursdays there are Karaoke Nights and on the weekend the "pachanga". The worst experience you can have in a nightclub. The security personnel are not qualified, they are people who do not know how to deal with a problem and they fix everything with blows. The service is terrible apart from the fact that they throw you out onto the street and keep you with what you have already paid. The track is small and the atmosphere has deteriorated.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received after spending almost $400! First of all, this is the first place I’ve ever been charged an entrance fee when getting bottle service.. But whatever, we went with a group of 7 people for my friends birthday celebration and I wanted everyone to have a good time. There’s only 1 waitress that handles bottle service there, apparently. We had to request food from her multiple times to get attended to. Then when the waitress brings my receipt, she charged my card $160 for the bottle that was supposed to be $125. I tried to speak with her, because I even confirmed before she took my card that it was $125 but she literally just walked away. She was very unprofessional, rude and a thief! At that point, we just left. For those that choose to go there, I would recommend you double check your receipt before signing, this waitress is stealing money from people!!!!

Came in on a Friday night. The salsa was raging. Excellent salsa. The DJ is tremendous. Felt like I was back in Cali, Colombia. Descent crowd as well. Everyone was happy and having a good time. Well done Casa 21. Will definitely be coming back!

1 star because I can't give a zero. Staff isn't managed well. Place after 10 is a club not a bar .They are on their cells. We were told our small round table for two against the wall came at no charge. Then they said oops you have to pay $40, after I paid $20 cover charge for 2 and $39 for 2 drinks. I said the mistake wasn't ours and we should not after pay after they made the mistake. I asked to talk to the manager and he never came to talk to us. I had been here before and enjoyed the place but I guess it's under new management.

Horrible! Bad customer service! They charge are way to much, making you pay to be sit at a table and to top it off pay a full service!!! The empanadas were good ! Lol!
