March 31, 2024Amazing food! Brisket was delicious as was the roasted pig.The chicken was plentiful and tasty. Food was plentiful and was beautifully presented! Very stressfree!! I liked the fact that they clearly labeled each dish so people didn't have to guess what each dish was. Very professional and, of course, so very organized. Was our good fortune to have them cater our daughter's wedding recently. Thank you, SaltBlock!!
The experience was top notch. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Lauryn, Cha, Lee and Raphael were amazing hosts! We are beyond excited to have them handle our daughter and her fiance's wedding day!

Saltblock hospitality has it dialed in on every level. From the start of your event planning to the final product. Megan in particular was extremely knowledgeable in helping navigate what I was looking for and made that vision become a reality. I would highly suggest Saltblock for any and all events.
