I liked the fact that they clearly labeled each dish so people didn't have to guess what each dish was. Very professional and, of course, so very organized. Salt Block was the caterer for my wedding at Armature Works and it was absolutely phenomenal! We had a buffet style dinner as well as butlered hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. They set up 2 buffet tables so that serving wouldn't take so long which I appreciated. Everything tasted amazing and honestly was the best wedding food I have ever had. The chef greeted us before dinner to make sure we had everything we needed. The serving team did great with set up, serving, and complimentary cake cutting.The sales team was great at communicating, responding to emails, and working with us within our budget. Would definitely recommend Salt Block, hats off to the chef!

Curating a one-of-a-kind experience while providing 5 star food, beverage, and service to our guests was my husband and I’s top priority for our wedding. Saltblock exceeded our expectations and then some. From the first meeting we had with their sales team we knew that Saltblock was not just a run of the mill caterer but that they offered a tailored experience unique to each event they support. We were provided so many options to choose from to get a better understanding of what could be possible on our big day and then when we had the opportunity to attend our tasting we were absolutely blown away. From the moment we walked in to the tasting we felt so special by the Saltblock team and were so impressed with how the elevated every single food item from passed hors d’oeuvres to the meal options and dessert. As soon as we stepped out of that tasting we knew that our guests were going to experience a five star meal and exceptional service to match it. We also were fortunate to have a private cocktail tasting where we were able to select the signature cocktails our guests would be served throughout the evening. On the day of our guests weren’t just served food or drinks. They were engaged in an overall experience that was tailored to how we like to entertain and host as a couple. Our guests weren’t just served appetizers, they were able to enjoy a raw bar and beautiful presentation of the food. They weren’t just served dinner, they participated in a family style meal where they could try as many options as they liked. They weren’t just served drinks, they got to experience drinks and a little bit of a show with the campfire old fashioneds, the hibiscus margaritas, and the espresso martini shooters (which were served ON THE DANCE FLOOR!!).Although Saltblock’s food, drinks, presentation, and curated experiences were the best of the best, their staff are truly like no other professionals that I’ve worked with in the service industry. Riana, Brittany, and Allison of the Sales Team were so professional and responsive and helped us plan for months - ironing out all the details. Lastly, Cha and Kim had a lasting impression on me, my husband, and my parents. From our initial tasting to our wedding day we felt so connected to them and were so appreciative of their attention to detail and white glove service that they provided. It was apparent that they love what they do and that they truly want to provide the best to their clients and their clients’ guests. I CANNOT wait to work with Saltblock again. It’s hard to imagine that there’s another vendor in Tampa that would even come close to what Saltblock delivered on for us and we are eternally grateful.
