Good espresso drinks and breakfast sandwich. I was nervous to try this place with the bad reviews, but the lattes were good and I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and it was just fine. A little pricey, but that’s to be expected for a coffee shop in a hotel.
Well, not sure where to start. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have to be truthful about my experience so hopefully they fix the issue.
I ordered a sausage, egg n cheese biscuit and as they were making it they said sorry we don't have the sausage, I can refund it for you and I said no just make me another one so it balances out. Well she didn't not did she refund me. I didn't want an to say anything because their were other customers...

Pretty inside. Customer service good. BUT the chicken Cesar wrap is dry it has no dressing inside. I’m not sure if I was supposed to get one on the side but I was not informed. Matcha with vanilla was really good would go back to try another food choice and matcha but never again that wrap. Is a bit pricey too. For the wrap and matcha I paid $19
