My boyfriend and I stopped in to this location late night to grab dinner after the gym and were instantly greeted by two fabulous employees, Ellis and DJ. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt appreciated as customers and have been treated amazingly. They were out of the saffron basmati rice (it was cooking when we arrived but not ready yet) and my boyfriend and I typically only get that rice when eating at Cava however we decided to try the brown rice instead and it did not disappoint. The taste and quality of the food and soft drinks we had were superb. Ellis and DJ’s radiant, divine, and welcoming energy made mine and my boyfriend’s experience better than we could’ve ever imagined. Their persistent effort, compassion, and remarkable customer service has not gone unnoticed. The both of you have a genuine effect of radiating happiness towards your customers and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you once again! We will most certainly be returning to this exact location!!!

First time visiting Cava*Positive: food was good & tasted fresh, decent serving sizes for the bowls!*Negative: understaffed/ lack of customer service/ slow service. I anticipated a lunch rush so I ordered online at 11:50am and had the pick up time set for 12:15pm. Got there at 12:17 and joined the pick up line with 2 other guests. We werent acknowledged at all for atleast 5+ minutes. We watched about 10+ guests get served and checked out from the "order here" line. One man finally came over, no greeting, just asked our names, then never came back to us. They continued serving the line. There was now 5 of us waiting for pick up. I eventually asked the closest employee to us "excuse me, do you know about how many more orders are infront of Jasmine, it was an online order" and her answer was "I don't know I got like 60 orders infront of you" and she walked away. Finally got my food around 12:35. I only ordered 2 bowls, so its not like it was a major order. I was also charged twice and still waiting for my refund. Just wasnt the best first impression.

CAVA is one of my favorite places to eat! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The staff however during this last visit were very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered and annoyed during the whole ordering process. Neither of them smiled or wanted anything to do with being at work. Because of this, next time I would prefer to go to another location.

One of the best healthy food you can eat and I can actually say for sure you won't be disappointed at it all. Just give it a try and you will be happy you did.The restaurant is clean however I'm not complaining but seems the Ac there hasn't been working for a while this was my 3 trip in a few weeks and the Ac still wasn't working. Not complaining but it's getting hot and more people the warmer it gets. That's all.

Cava has been one of my favorite restaurants since 2016 from when I used to live in D.C. I was so excited they opened a location in Tampa!!Shoutout DJ and her friend with the long braided pony tail for helping me out tonight. DoorDash delivered the wrong persons food to me and with 1 quick phone call they were able to verify that I got the wrong food and made my food again!The whole situation was a very pleasant experience between me and cava… the wrong food was obviously an issue with door dash.10/10 every time I get food from SoHo cava! Keep up the great food and customer service!

Spot on delicious ? would literally come back again for another delicious bowl with their pita ?Parking: There’s a mini parking lot next to the building that’s free for shop stalls within the building. Otherwise it’s paid street parking or paid garage parking.

I first had Cava in San Diego and was so excited to find it in Tampa! Amazing food, I feel great after eating it! It’s kind of like a healthier more delicious chipotle. Only Mediterranean instead of Mexican! I build my own bowl and I could literally eat it everyday. I’m absolutely shocked this place wasn’t packed, but maybe people just need to get on the cava hype in Florida. THANKYOU guys everything in there is amazing!
