Went to the Nashville restaurant recently (next to Assembly Food Hall), stood at cash register for around 5 minutes but nobody served me so left. Restaurant was very quiet when I went in so zero reason not to have someone on the cash register or at least keeping an eye on it. Terrible service

The location on Mall Blvd was very professional and clean. As a first time customer, Ross was kind, patient, full of joy and just a pleasure to be served by. Good customer service is very hard to achieve these days. We need more kindness like Ross after a long day at work.
