I visited Tampa for a week and had an amazing experience at Water + Flour. The food was absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. This place is amazing from staff to management. I am from chicago Illinois and have come to this place every single time over the past 10 years.My experience here has been delightful.All the servers are tentative, efficient and happy.I can see why!
