VERY disappointed with Burns. Have been in the past and enjoyed. Now it is almost possible to get a reservation. Their so called 60-day reservation system is NOT consistently a 60-day rolling system.
In March I got on and it was only showing the residual of March and then April. (~35 days). In early April I got on and the same thing showed, the residual of April and then May. (~50 days.) Burn is selling a choice grade ribeye, tough and choice quality flavor as high end for $91???? I know my meat. And, a manager that walks by our table 3 times without stopping, and when asked to stop , he has NO clue or sensible response. i can get as good a steak at a low end chain restaurant - we wont be back!
One of the best steaks I have ever had! And the onion soup is off the hook. Then you get a kitchen and wine cellar tour. What a neat experience. 5 stars!!
