This is the cleanest, and best tasting Cava I’ve ever visited and it’s all thanks to the killer team working new years weekend like it’s nothing. Herschell, Emmanuel, and Christian made sure our food was top-notch. We’ll be coming back every weekend!
The food here has been quality the handful of times that I’ve been at this location, however, it always seems understaffed in front and back- it appears a bit unorganized as a result. The FOH staff is often seen refilling the food storage containers, while also serving customers, and checking out; I can imagine the BOH staff is also in need based on what is seen from the front.
