Waitress was great. Food was slow getting out even though there was only a few, maybe two, tables with customers. I have to add that we started coming to Charann's since they were on the Causeway with the bathrooms outside. Also, the cheese steak sandwiches are very good at the present location and we will be back. We always come back.

While this might be a PERFECT place for some folks, I'm not much of a country boy, so I felt out of place. The food and service were fine. The location is a little tricky, but I'm afraid it's just not for me.

Ordered the chicken Philly and got a steak Philly. Now my group is enjoying their meal and I get my chicken Philly: seems the sandwich was 70% onions. Not even sliced. Sorry. You appetizers were good, but the sandwich was not!

The food was good, typical bar food but not too bad. The Service was lacking but unfortunately it seemed there wasn't enough help. Our server was nice but you could tell overwhelmed. Overall it was good.

Terrible, obnoxious service. WAAAY overpriced for what you get. The situation to which your self-righteous, manipulative, unfounded response refers was made far, far more difficult than it would have been had it not been for the obnoxious and overbearing interference of staff and a customer who seemed to be the spokesperson of the establishment (and some sort of professional medical authority, even though she stated that she was not a nurse...). Hopefully there are complete video and audio recordings of the entire situation, as the treatment we received was completely unwarranted, totally irresponsible, and outrageously abusive. Your staff and your customer are blatant liars and should be ashamed of themselves.

I haven’t eaten here in years because I moved out of town. Today I had the most delicious steak sandwich and delectable sweet potato fries. Brittney was my server/bartender and she absolutely made my day. I remember her from a long time ago when I was a regular at the original Charanns. She is sweet and kind always with a smile on her face. I was having a bad day and she made sure that I was laughing before long and forgetting about the turmoil in my real life. It was a pleasant escape from reality. I plan on making it a point to get to town More often just so I will be able to visit this fine establishment. Thank you Charanns and Britteny for being amazing!
