I have gotten my order specifics really good with the help of the cashier. My wings are always good and always crispy just how I like them!!! I was so impressed with the fast service, the great customer service and to top it off my food was delicious. I will be back soon

I use to order them from. A lot but now no more I wish I can get refund … I did mobile order I picked it up he late because I do work in. Mall and my store gotten busy as soon. I was able to pick it up they wouldn’t have remake it I even asked if they can warm it up I was told no … I had threw my order away very said 10.00 gone

Ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches to be delivered at a coast of $30 + the order was delivered and in the bag I received was two orders of French fries covered in mayonnaise and two cups of sweet tea which I did not order the fries tasted horrible and the sweet tea was just as bad. Threw the fries in the garbage and the tea down the drain called door dash got my refund I will never go to Charlies cheesesteaks again. My first time is my last time.

The food is good, service is bad. Very pricey, way more options in the food court but if you have an urge for phillys then fine. You will pay a lot though, and just realize its not very friendly. Closer to $20 for a person here if you want a large sub. And I don't know why but you have to ask for their seasoning now, what's up with that? They used to pride themselves on that chipotle seasoning or whatever. Now they give you unseasoned fries and sandwiches unless you do it yourself.
