I don't know what happened. If they changed their recipe or are doing something different but the last few times their food had just gotten kind of bad. Their nuggets were my favorite but now the nuggets are dry and hard and taste different They just made them fresh. We had to wait on them and they dry and hard. Even the sandwiches are hard and taste different. I super disappointed. So I going to stop coming for a while in hopes things can back to the way they were. I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed but something is very different. Service is still great but the food isn't the same

I placed my order and they forgot to hand it to me. It was left on the counter where they assemble the orders, so I enjoyed cold food. Secondly, my waffle fries were waffle crumbles, impossible to eat. I wish someone working would have simply thought, “ How would I feel if this were me?”!

I don’t know if they don’t have enough chick-fl- a drivers or if the app is not running efficiently.
The restaurant in person is great just not the app or delivery service

WARNING: THIS IS A MALL CHICK FIL A AND HAS A LIMITED MENU
Used the Curbside pickup feature. Great way to avoid the large line and anxious crowd. Food and service about as usual as a full sized Chick. Fries were soggy and only partially warm, with very little salt (as usual). Hot take Chick-Fil-A fries are pretty bad usually, they can be good but usually mess up bad. Nuggets on FIRE today. Best I’ve ever had.

Never again. Got my order wrong twice charged me extra for the fries I thought I had already ordered on my meal and gave me the tiniest strips imaginable although the pictures on their menu look huge. Deceiving to say the least! Expensive too! $15 to eat this! It’s a kids meal if you asked me

Today, we visited the Citrus Park Mall to get our iPhone camera fixed, and my daughter and I stopped in at the food court, and I got her a chick fil a kids meal with chicken nuggets and French fries. The cashier greeted us with kindness, and the other staff helped him on the computer to enter our phone number for our chick fil a account. The food was ready quickly, and they all said it was their pleasure. Easy spot fir a quick snack after school.
