I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They gave me a regular sandwich which was fine because mistakes happen so I went quickly inside. I handed the sandwich over and told the woman who had a managers uniform on. She told me to give her the receipt which was in my car with my kids. I told her that the person at the drive through put it in wrong and my kids were in the car so I needed to hurry and she still made me go back. This was incredibly inconvenient and unnecessary when I am handed back a sandwich. I wasn’t trying to get anything free. I will not go back to this location.

Got Breakfast this Morning ordered sauce never got it. Got Minis and they provided more Dough then bread. It was like eating the food raw. Dry hashbrowns and did I forget to mention no sauce, I bought a diet coke crazy for the morning just cause I just had a feeling it was going to be dry. The chickfila on Lutz provides better food in general. Disregard this one.
