The main thing here is the beignets. They are amazing. Ask for them to make them fresh and have them when they are hot. The coffee is pretty solid too. Nice hidden gem that I hope sticks

First and foremost Alanna was exceptionally helpful and sweet! It was my first time ever trying PJ’s coffee shop and she took the time to make recommendations and offer me options. The vanilla chai tea was amazing! Love that she offered to customize it making it skinny with almond milk. The beignets are to die for! Better than Walk-Ons. They even tasted good the next day. Pjs is my go to spot now for the hot chai and the delicious beignets. Julian made my experience very enjoyable, he was super friendly and provided knowledge on items of the menu i had questions about. I am not a coffee fan, and he had amazing recommendations for me to try. I highly recommend pjs, not only for the quality of food/drink but also the amazing atmosphere they provide.
