i have come here a good amount of times now, every time having a great experience with my drinks, customer service is amazing, food tastes great. recently, i had a bad experience with Michawn, she was rude in the drive through and said she couldn't hear me and i had to pull up to the window, overall was just rude and made me repeat my drink multiple times. my drink tasted like there was no syrup in it, when i asked her to add some more she was really nice about it. i waited over 10 minutes in the drive through and when i finally got my food she gave me sausage instead of bacon on my sandwich but at this point i just wanted to leave

The main thing here is the beignets. They are amazing. Ask for them to make them fresh and have them when they are hot. The coffee is pretty solid too. Nice hidden gem that I hope sticks

First and foremost Alanna was exceptionally helpful and sweet! It was my first time ever trying PJ’s coffee shop and she took the time to make recommendations and offer me options. The vanilla chai tea was amazing! Love that she offered to customize it making it skinny with almond milk. The beignets are to die for! Better than Walk-Ons. They even tasted good the next day. The cinnamon roll and cookie were delicious too. I didn’t go inside so can’t review the atmosphere but I highly recommend this location and ask for Alanna! I can’t wait to go back.

Pjs is my go to spot now for the hot chai and the delicious beignets. Julian made my experience very enjoyable, he was super friendly and provided knowledge on items of the menu i had questions about. I am not a coffee fan, and he had amazing recommendations for me to try. I highly recommend pjs, not only for the quality of food/drink but also the amazing atmosphere they provide.

This new New Orleans style coffee and bake shop is located in a gas station in front of Home Depot on Bruce B Downs Boulevard. I ordered a peppermint bark latte and beignets. The beignets were made to order, so they were scorching hot when I got them. They were coated with tons of powder sugar, tasted delicious. It reminded me the visit of New Orleans, we had to waited in the line for 30 minutes to have these yummy treats. The coffee barista offered me extra sauce for the beignet. I got strawberry and caramel. They were all good. The latte was not bad. The three squares of beignets costed 4.75. It's a reasonable price. There are sitting area as well as drive-through purchase. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. It's good to have PJ's here . It's so convenience to eat beignets now.

the person was nice ordering, it was just her so it was a bit of a wait but i can’t complain she could only do so much alone. the store should state on its sight the location is inside of the gas station/with a drive thru ( i drive a 3 row audi and the drive thru turn was a bit tight but that’s not their fault, if it was stated better i would’ve prepared more). when i ordered i was told that they don’t have granitas or beignets. now to reiterate, the person taking the order is not at fault ! however for a franchise that is known for beignets how do you not have your major selling point at this location. and granitas are also a big seller. you just opened, how are we already out of things. and you’d think it was busy and they just seller out. no. 2pm on a sunday only car in line was me. the customer service was great. but to improve the location try and have 3-4 people maybe ? it’s not that people aren’t hiring it’s that employers don’t want to pay the right price for good labor. once again the person taking the order (who also was the one to make my order nice and hot and fresh) is not at fault! however i think this location is a good place, just possibly starting out a bit rough. so with this i’ll give it a 4 star with a one star deduction only due to the fact that they didn’t have what i used to always get at a diff location.

Did not have what I ordered and refused to ask the car ahead of me to move to the side and bring their food out. Let me be stuck and wasted 15 mins for no good reason. RIDICULOUS!!!

Located in a gas station, not a full Cafe. Products are over priced. Coffee is three dollars for a small. Service was good; barista was eager to help decide on drinks and pastries with recommendations and knowledge of brand.

Literally the best coffee ever. It's such a nice, smooth blend and they have lots of flavors. The baristas are nice too.

TAMPA! Love it that I get here first to share an absolute gem that will blow your collective mind!Hear me out real quick…. No seriously you have to since I’m the first one dropping a review.Put down your snooze fest of largely acidic based corporate coffee from the DD or the green twin tailed siren that has a 20 minute drive through line. Trust me, you’re taste buds are so bored, they need something new and exciting!Enter PJ’s coffee in Tampa. Best damn cold brew you’ll have in the city. First found out about PJs on a trip to New Orleans where the company is based out of and it’s hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had.I’m a connoisseur or snob (either works) and I’ve been throughout the bay. There’s some great spots for sure but there’s nothing like PJ’s.Do yourself a favor go there, fall in love the coffee and leave the dull process of remembering what Italian word is the conversion rate for the size of coffee you’re trying to order behind.Enjoy your new addiction. You’ll be hooked???.

This coffee shop is inside the Marathon gas station which threw me off at first. But I’ve had PJ’s coffee in Colorado and enjoyed it. We just went through the drive thru so didn’t see ambiance per se, but the coffee was yum!

Stopped by this morning and was very happy with the service and quality of the coffee! Nitro cold brew was awesome. Well priced (way better than the franchised chains) and better quality. My new coffee spot for myself and our employees in the area!
