Friendly staff. Efficient drive through experience. I like to get my straw when handed my drink, especially if the food takes longer. But no place does this anymore much to my dismay. ABSOLUTELY disgusting.I have trusted this chick-fil-a for TWENTY YEARS and they have NEVER disappointed me until today. I ordered a Chick-fil-a deluxe, medium fry, and mac and cheese.The sandwich was NOT what i ordered, they SPIT in my food, and whoever served me for curbside had awful breath!!!! They ALSO decided to say I had a “great rack”!?!?!?!? I am almost 65!!!!!!!!!!! I do not deserve this!!!!!
When I requested extra vanilla in my iced coffee from Richard, he acknowledged my request with a confirmation. Knowing that there’s an additional charge for vanilla, I was skeptical when my total didn’t reflect this. Upon questioning Richard, he reassured me it was included. However, the receipt showed no such addition, prompting me to address the issue again. As a daily patron, it’s frustrating to constantly have to reconfirm such a simple request. It leads one to question the necessity of such misleading assurances.
