I live right off Bayshore so this is my closest chipotle. I’ve been coming here for 6 years, I think we can all agree that it’s been a bit disappointing for a while. I even wrote a negative review when the old staff was arguing with the health inspector.

I’m going to be gracious and give this store 4 stars. The food was good and warm. The portion size was great. I was even asked if the rice portion was ok since I asked for light. The place is definitely a mess and there’s a lack of employees. The employees today were not rude they were all busy working. I felt like I just had to leave a review after I decided to come here despite all the bad reviews for this location.
Everyone on the food line was courteous and not grumpy, stations looked clean, and portions were generous. Music was not loud at all, and there was plenty of parking (as if it would ever be Chipotle's fault the plaza they are located along with other businesses gets busy).
Ok, so they were temporarily out of white rice on my visit and I noticed...
