the food is usually good but there is one employee at the dale mabry restaurant who is very rude. im not sure of her name but she is white and works the cash register . she never acknowledges me and just rudely hands me my food like its a huge problem. also one time she put her hands in this nasty bucket of water before handing me my food. usually everyone at this location is nice but i don’t know what this lady’s problem is. please fire her.

The place is at a convenient location, and the food was great. The only thing that I want to point out is the lack of professionalism from a couple of the employees. Using filth language while in front of customers (a male while inquiring about Veterans discount), is not a good invitation to come back to the restaurant. Also, the attitude of another employee while in the service line is not acceptable. The person showed that she was forced to be there. Finally, the music was overpowering...

felt like there wasn’t a supervisor on site. dishes were piled up. line held back for lack of chicken. rice was crunchy and undercooked. I only gave 3 stars for the African American girl on the line making the food. I can tell she was very tired but kept a smile on her face and was very kind. nobody else was even helping her. waited forever to check out. i hope she gets some help but that rice was awful. didn’t even eat the 2 bowls. get these workers some help!
