This location does not give your full scoops of protein and when you ask for the full scoop they charge you double. My burrito was dragged through multiple topping items from previous orders as they did not have their work areas clean.

Food was ok, it would have been better if everything was fresh but she was literally scraping the bottom of the black beans and chicken which means it was at the end and instead of making more she gave me the leftover dry chicken. It was around 5 pm so not sure why they weren't making more.

Always a good amount of food it lasts me 2 days , love the guacamole!
Got there around 8 pm. The store closes at 10, they are out of virtually every protien, but then another employee says steak is coming out. Which I was like, "great, I'll have that" (thinking, at least it will be fresh). I asked for double protein. She went to the back for the steak and came back out so my bowl could be finished up. There appeared to be a good portion of "meat" but by the time I got home and dug into my bowl, the "double protein was more chunks of fatty pieces NOT actual meat. I literally just tossed the whole damn bowl. I've never experienced a wasted trip as I have at this location. This was my first AND last time here. Definitely would not return. Wasted points and time and money.

I'm a frequent visitor to this location and have always enjoyed my standard order: two burrito bowls and a quesadilla. However, today, I was informed that the quesadilla can only be purchased digitally. While I understand the push for app usage, this new policy makes spontaneous drop-in meals less appealing. Despite no one else being in line, I had to place my order digitally, disrupting my usual in-person experience. Although I managed this time, my ADHD often prevents me from planning ahead. The convenience of stopping at Chipotle on my way home might be lost if I have to remember to order ahead. Tijuana Flats is closer to my route, and although I go out of my way for Chipotle, the new digital-only option may sway my choice. Please consider the impact on customers who appreciate the simplicity of in-person orders, especially for those of us who struggle with planning.I was polite when I talked to the staff, I sat off to the side and placed my order and waited patiently, because they are really nice but I think this is a silly idea.I really enjoy the food but I don't understand having these items only digital.
