Very sloppy and off-putting service. The guy that prepared our bowls was throwing scoops of the food everywhere. For example, there were loads of rice mixed in with the beans, and likewise with other ingredients being super mixed with each other.

I ordered through the Chipotle app, but the issue was I needed to call the actual store and could not get through the A.I. bot, even after calling back 3 times to attempt different requests. It is absolutely absurd that a customer is unable to call and speak directly to the store. This particular location has a bad enough reputation for small portions and poor service, so this phone call issue may be the final straw.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers an excellent dining experience with delicious food choices and attentive service. The menu features a variety of vegetarian options, including black/pinto beans, brown/white rice, cheese, salsas of different heat intensities, and guacamole. Customers can also enjoy stir-fried onions and peppers. The restaurant provides adequate parking and wheelchair accessibility, although the entrance may not have an automatic sliding door.
The whole place was very clean, the staff was outstanding and the food was on point. The employees remained kind and respectful. Everything went pretty smooth and the food was delicious as always. The burrito was so FAT and the whole team was great. Manager Binoj was leading well. This is the BEST Chipotle experience.
