I don't know who owns this place now! the previous owner made sure the chicken was very fresh! now the chicken is back to being old or either fried in old grease or just burnt! I won't be back I'm just here to sa....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The drive through attendant displayed an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. I simply asked about they had a box or bucket. The young lady replied "This ain't KFC!" I went inside to speak with the manager who dismissed my complaint and was not given any assistance whatsoever. The dining area and the service area was very nasty as well. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all cost.

I passed by this location today, and it appears to be closed permanently? Can anyone tell me what happened? I've never tried Church's before, and that was the closest location to my house, so I was hoping to go there.

Sadly disappointed. Went here on Sunday after church. We are from the north and were super excited to try. When I got my chicken sandwich the bread was stale, dry and hard. The jalapeño cheese bites were mediocre at best. The biscuit was fantastic though. Ended up throwing away 80% of our meals.

I ordered my food online. They claim the system was down so they didn't get my order. I'm like ok, but my card was still charged and I have the confirmation email. They gave me a silly look and said "well your order didn't come through on our end and you should've ordered with doordash". like sir, that's not my problem that yall didn't disable the online portal. The order still took my money and how I'm supposed to know it doesn't work. He called the manager or whoever and they was rude as well saying "next time we're not gonna honor the order." Then they didn't give me the biscuits. Never again at this location.

If you ever wanted to see what a food place running at exactly 1HP looks like, look no further.This place runs out of HALF of their menu by nightfall. They have the amazing ability to mess up your order half the time. I'm serious, you order a basic combo and you got a coin flip chance of actually getting the biscuit. It's just such a pain trying to actually buy food from this place.
