Both locations I’ve been to have been very nice. The closer one (on Fowler, near USF) has nice lighting with the windows, and the staff have all been very polite. The food was all “I can make this at home”, but the convenience and experience make it enjoyable, worth the money. However, the other location (North Dale) didn’t have as much lighting, but felt almost retro. Imagine stepping into a 1970s tv show. It was honestly very nice.In general, love the company and will...

My experience with fast food places have not been good recently but I stopped here this morning for the first time. The staff here was amazing and so friendly. Thank you for the great customer service from the guy that took my order and was patient with me, to the two employees that came to the window to take my payment and give me my food! Outstanding customer service!

Never thought I’d leave a review of an Einstein’s but the customer service here is so good I just felt like I had to. Every time I’ve been through the drive thru, someone has greeted me with an exceptionally positive “good morning!” and once even “good morning sunshine!” I just honestly wanted to give them a shout out for being so cheerful so early in the morning. Really nice staff.
