$16.49 for a Cuban sandwich with sliced pork. Sliced ham and slices salami. Where's the meat. Very bland.

We picked up 2 salads yesterday at $20 each and had to check out on the kiosk.
We were charged for 1 that looked like it didn’t go through and then charged for the 2 we thought we paid for but got charged for 3.
Trying to call but no number goes through to correct our overcharge but can’t talk to anyone.
We love their 1905 salads but don’t expect to pay for 3 when we only got 2!

Woww I can’t believe I have never came here. It’s amazing, good customer service, food and it feels soo relaxing! The drinks are good too!

Do NOT do grab and go if you are heading to your flight!! It’s slower than table service, there’s no one available to help / provide your order until they wander over, and for some reason - even though most of their tables are empty - you’re not allowed to sit and wait for the food you just paid for.

Want to be treated like an ATM instead of a customer? This is your place. Otherwise choose literally any other option.

HOWEVER - the guy who ended up bringing us our food was very nice. It’s not his fault his restaurant’s policies are rude :(

Soup was delicious! Waited for waitress needed to order something to go waited had to pay with app then go to counter to place a Togo order. Which after 25 minutes could not wait any longer and no one to ask how much longer or what the status is…. So sad I wanted that Cuban sandwich and paid for it :(

I’d like to give the Columbia Café at Tampa Airport a one-star review. By far, this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had — especially considering how much they charged.

The quality of the food was extremely poor. The chicken was so tough and dry that I could barely even bite into it, let alone enjoy it. For the price they charge, I honestly expected much better quality and freshness.

Very disappointed with the experience, and unfortunately, I will never be coming back. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality of the food and overall standards for future customers.

Stopped here with my spouse and 4 yr old for a bite while waiting for our flight home. Decore and atmosphere was very inviting, however our server was so rude I lost my appetite and only ordered water. Mom and 4 yr old enjoyed their food . I would recommend trying but beware. Traveling is stressful enough to have to deal with a rude server. Cost was $68 for a chicken sloppy Joe with fries and a side of extra fries. Childs root beer and beverage for mom as well. Big disappointment. Left no tip and feel no guilt.

If you think you are going to get a quick meal here, think again. 5/10/26 Placed an order at 6:12pm with the gentleman bar tender. He seemed annoyed that people were in the bar ordering food and drinks. I ordered a half and half, soup and salad, 6:53 asked about my order. 6:55 received order. 6:59 pay full tab and leave without eating food because flight is boarding. Wasted $62 dollars because of unfriendly and slow service. Just go to Panda Express, or Potbellys.

We asked for a to go order at 5am on 4-30-26. We were told to use the kiosk. The kiosk order machines were turned off. We went back to the host and asked again letting her know the machines were off. We were told to go back to kiosk. After 10 more minutes we asked again, letting her know the machines were still not on. Ended up having to go to Potbelly because they actually wanted our business. I know the food is good but i cannot recommend a business that wont let yiu order food when you ask 3 times!
