Horrible Customer Service - I was able to enter in at 2 am to get ice cream and when I got in the line this big guy with glasses ( He didn’t give me his name) told me they were closed - there were other people in line waiting but he argued with me very rudely that they wouldn’t serve me even if I waited in line - if they were closed, how did I get in - if I sent my husband without accent I wonder if he could have done the same thing? He even let other people in after me but he when I argued he told me he was already in line

Always a great place to pick up desserts, coffee etc. past several years everything has been fresh and delicious! except for the past 6 months the desserts are less desirable. cakes are dry, fruits are sour, cream filled items are not staying up to standard. Not sure if they switched pastry individuals or different products, but it has been off the past 3 times visiting over the past few months. I hope they correct this soon.

Food wise is good but the lady in blonde hair was rushing me as a customer hope for the next customers she treat them respect and especially be patience!!

10:30pm, while I was waiting in line I watched the two ladies working the gelato counter step out to pet another customers dog, the dog licked their hands and wrists and both women went immediately back to serve food for other customers without washing their hands or putting gloves on. I believe the employees here could use some more training in food safety and handling.

Went out to grab a quick coffee and was waiting a bit. The manager I believe his name was Adam Introduced himself and sincerely apologized for the wait, they were during a rush but thought it was really commendable for the manager to say something.

A good stop for breakfast and coffee. They offer hot snacks, traditional coffee and options and cold brew. They also have a glass case of artistic truffles that look amazing. The service was fast and efficient as well.

In Hawaiian Pidgen language “Some ono grinds” translates to “some good food.” Constant Grinds in located inside the Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casino. I get a decaf mocha latte when I visit. Always a good treat. And occasionally I’ll double the treat with one of their many baked or candy goods. They also have gelato for even more sugary goodness. Good place for someone with a sweet tooth.

Absolutely flavorful and delicious desserts that tend to every sweet tooth you can possibly have! I love stopping by and grabbing something sweet after lunch or dinner, or even just taking it to-go. I've tried many of the desserts and they are all delightful in their own ways.

Terrible and RUDE staff, not even close to what Hard Rock Hospitality standards should be. I stopped with a group of friends, they ordered they stuff and I bought two chocolates in a separated order. Teresa at the cashier was in a hurry between printing receipts and calling the other staff to come over. While a very nice short haired lady took care of my friends. I waited forever for someone to take care of me, a very simply order as grab 2 chocolates from the fridge and hand it to me. Michael the guy who was called to come to help me out, decided to prepare the customer AFTER me order before mine, which was 3 coffees. It’s completely unbelievable to me that I had to wait for him to complete the next persons order until I started complaining about how much longer I had to wait to be handed two chocolates. He was excusing himself about being “short-staffed” I completely understand that part what it’s unbelievable is that I had to wait for this person to complete a more complex order to the customer AFTER I repeat again AFTER me, that was absolutely disrespectful. On top of the cherry when he handed the two chocolates to me he almost throw it to me. I wish I could give zero to this place.

Stopped in on Saturday 03/25 for some dessert and really enjoyed everything we purchased. The Easter display in the front window was so cute, and everything in the case looked so delicious it was hard to choose! I ended up getting a carrot cake for my mom, a caramel mousse egg cup, and some vanilla gelato. Everything was incredible. I loved the balance in the caramel mousse cup as I'm not a fan of overly sweet desserts. The decor was nice and the staff was all friendly and offered quick service.
