Corazón Restaurant located in the Hyatt hotel in downtown Tampa offers fresh, flavorful food that is beautifully presented and prepared with care and authenticity. The service is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and it is great. The menu has variety and quality, with prices that are competitive. Inside seating is sterile but outside is cozy with a nice view. The filet with asparagus and fingerling potatoes, steak cooked to perfection, chimichurri, and a crisp mojito are amazing. The bar is open until 11pm. Highly recommended.
