I recently dined at Council Oak and found the atmosphere to be moderately loud, though still comfortable enough to hold a conversation. The service was average—not bad, but not exceptional either. Cedric provided some of the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever - ask for him if you want a top tier dining experience. Steak and desert were delicious - great wine too.
Food was excellent, must have the fresh seafood tower and the steak was cooked to perfection. Recommend reservations, we didn’t have one and waited almost an hour for a table but the food and service was worth it. Our server was Cedric and he was fantastic! Will definitely return.
