Austin made our experience absolutely incredible. Great views and you're, amazing good, and the drinks were exceptionally crafted. Honestly such a great experience from ticket purchase to departure. The staff is so nice and courteous and tries to go above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one. The dining experience was comfortable considering it was outdoors and covered. Pricy but for a good reason - definitely will be back onboard.

We came for the first time with some friends for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server was friendly and attentive. All the staff members were nice and welcoming. We added a charcuterie with real, raw honey and a nice little array of meats, cheeses & gherkins. We also got a half dozen Irish point oysters (love these east coasters). I ordered the salad (simple and fresh with a nice vinaigrette), short rib entree (which was delicious and fall-apart meat) and if you have an after dinner sweet tooth you need to try the bread soufflé (Right amount of flavor, sweetness & texture). The cocktails were great and we got a table inside (definitely glad with the air conditioning) but you can go outside to enjoy the views anytime- our server even came out to let us know the food arrived!- Highly recommend this experience!

Booked the experience for my friends birthday. They called the day before to confirm and ask for my friend's name. When we got there the team had signed a birthday card for her.. such a sweet surprise! The entire team was so nice and welcoming. We sat outside and had a great view! The plates were pretty and delicious as well as the sangria and Moscow mule. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's day lunch cruise with Craft. Caitlin was a refreshing reminder of what true service should look like. She was attentive, personable, and frankly just kind. My only wish is that there was more like her in an industry where good service is becoming a distant memory. I felt like my wife and I were the only two people in the room when the manager Daryl consistently checked in on us and shared commonality with my wife about their similar allergies. Highly recommend, because of this dynamic duo.

We received a $100 gift certificate from our son for Christmas. It was a very nice cruise. The weather was beautiful so we could go outside and sit on the front deck. Service was awesome as our server, Kassidy, was very attentive and friendly. When we made our reservation, I told them I was a vegetarian and asked if they offered any meals catered to my diet. They said they would note it on the reservation and that the chef would make something appropriate. When we went to order, our server was unaware of this. My option was to have them take the meat off whatever I ordered. Basically we paid $80 for me to get a salad. Then the salad comes out with a load of bacon on it. Kassidy was very apologetic and took it back. The dressing was also not very good. I assumed there weren't options since the menu didn't mention any. That's on me for not asking. My husband ordered the craft burger which he really enjoyed. The fries were great. We ordered 2 drinks, a craft sangria and the craft cherry. I guess we were expecting a sweet drink but that's not what we got. We should have sent them back but didn't, so again, that's on us. All in all, I would say the cruise part is lovely and the service was excellent but some things were just disappointing for the cost.

My boyfriend and I had a great time! We went on the dinner cruise and Abigail was an amazing server, great hospitality and fast service. The food was excellent, I got the coffee crusted filet and my boyfriend got the duck, from the first course to the last it was an amazing experience. It was nice to have view from our dinner table and also be able to walk around the boat and look around.

We had a great dinner outdoors with the most amazing views and weather. Our server was genuinely caring and provided great recommendations. Just a couple notes: It is announced everywhere that the boat is smoke-free; the 4-top next to us kept constantly vaping right next to us, overwhelming the experience with the mango flavored tobacco odor. 2 managers while consistently present in the outdoor dining room did not address it at any point. The server never inquired if we had any allergies; he was very descriptive about all the ingredients in the dishes, so we could make a safe choice on our own. The cheesecake was delicious, even though was still frozen inside. The table next to us ordered a Cosmopolitan, the lime used for garnish had black rims on both sides, making it obvious that bartenders do not cut fresh fruit daily.
Out of all the dinner cruises offered in Tampa, it is #1 choice, however there are still some details they could improve to match their promise of “elevated dining”.

Hello readers. 1st I want to start off by saying this was money well spent. If you're looking to have a fantastic dinner with great music and atmosphere you found it. Even though you're on a boat with other people it's like one big family. Ok let's talk about the food.. it's amazing. I had the pork chop that was brined for 24hrs. And it just melts in your mouth. And the waitress goes above and beyond to make sure your time here on the Craft is phenomenal.
