Just here for the bubble waffle and it's OK. This place also has good selections of ice cream and drinks. Cold drinks only though.

I was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the ice cream. My friend and I were really excited to try this place after seeing it all over TikTok. When we arrived, there was only one girl working, and she was clearly overwhelmed while her coworkers kept walking in and out as the line continued to grow.
Our rolled ice cream was not made properly, it was already melting by the time I received it. I want to emphasize that the girl working was not at fault at all; she was doing her best to keep up with multiple orders and handle everything on her own.
Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. Please do better.

This spot is a hidden gem for mango bingsoo. I ordered the large, and it was so delicious! The service was fast and friendly. The portion size and price were solid, though compared to other places you can get bigger portions with more toppings. We asked for the condensed milk on the side since it can be too sweet, and while the topping selection isn’t huge, the basics are done really well.
The shaved ice was light, fluffy, and perfectly refreshing. The space is cozy and modern, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy dessert. I would highly return to try more flavors.

Desserts and drinks here are delicious. I ordered the strawberry matcha and the chocolate chip bubble waffle. The waffle was made fresh and the textures were on point. There is limited seating inside and outside. They also feature rolled ice cream
Ice cream was good. Reason for my 2 star is the place is filthy chairs are so dirty was a bad choice to go with cloth on chairs where ppl spill ice cream and its not easy to wipe off for the next person. My husband saw the uno card but couldn’t play because they were covered in Ice cream, dominos was missing pieces. We thought it would be a nice date night while the kids were with family for the weekend but we just wasn’t satisfied. Service was alright they were quite but polite. Other only issue was when they rolled the ice cream they never cleaned the metal plate they rolled it on, so when you get your ice cream theres pieces of ice cream from the last person who got rolled ice cream. Unfortunately my husband hates mint and saw his had green ice cream in his and so i ate the part he didn’t wanna touch. Was just ok if we go back again i would just take my ice cream and eat it in my car.

My family and I made a trip to taste the delicious goodness that I had seen on Instagram and I was really excited to try some. Upon arrival we were greeted with with a warm smile and a happy welcome. Since it was our first time going (I wish I would have caught her name) the employee who helped us was very patient and nice enough to answer my questions. But I ordered for myself the Mango Bingsu $12.99, the rainbow rolled ice cream $8.99 for my kids and I forgot what my husband ordered $8.99 and the total was about $33 and some change. But oh baby when I say that Mango Bingsu was absolutely delicious 😋 it was great! I ordered a large and had to share it with my husband because I didn't think it would be that big. Now the only thing that I think they could have worked on was the cleanliness of the inside of the store a bit more. I saw 3 employees working during the time and they were interviewing someone for a job that I think they should have done outside underneath one of the umbrella tables just so that way they could have more privacy. But that's just my opinion. Other than that everything else was great ans we will be coming back again!
