I was so hoping that the wings was going to be better than bb.q at the Lotte in Tampa. Totally disappointed. We ordered the spicy Korean wings and it was literally wings with sugar and chili flakes sprinkled. Also ordered the Pork Rou Jia Mo, flavor was good, however, parts of the pork belly was dry. The guy who took our order was friendly, so it was not a total disappointment of a visit.

The Chilled Dan Dan Noodles were great! I'm a big eater, and I was a little worried that it wouldn't be a big enough portion to satisfy, but once they passed me the bowl through the window, that fear disappeared. This dish is PACKED HEAVY with noodles, flavorful creamy sauce, and a bunch of vegetable garnishes. I got the pork belly add-on, which added generous chunks of pork to the noodles. Pork was seasoned well, and the small portions of fat on the meat were melt-in-the-mouth creamy. The noodles were substantial but light, the sauce creamy but not heavy and flavorful with just a slight spicy bite. The noodles are surprisingly portable, too. Hold the bowl in one hand, and chopsticks in the other. Since the noodles are chilled, they are kind of refreshing in the hot sun! The service was very polite, too. Hands-down would give Dang Dude my money again.

Dang is right! I had the DanDan noodles with pork belly. It was plenty enough for two to share (I ate it all of course). Full of texture and flavor. Great fuel for a walk around town. Super friendly staff were happy to make recommendations, but they had me at pork belly.

The rou jia mo with pork belly was pretty good. It had a nice sauce and the pickled cucumbers added a nice crunch. The dumplings were ok, I wasn’t a huge fan of the spices they added in the sauce.

Loved this place! Easily some of the best boba milk tea I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food came out in a relatively short amount of time. I highly recommend the Thai milk tea for its flavor and the consistency of the Boba. I also got the pork belly bun, which was phenomenal and the spicy Thai style wings, however, the wings were just a little bit too hot for my liking, I do recommend that maybe they add a supplemental flavor to the wings so it's not straight pepper to the tongue. All in all, 9/10 in my book!Dietary restrictions: Oatmilk instead of milk was a great touch
