One of the most fun places I’ve ever been; The dining options were awesome and the service was so great. Games were endlessly fun for our group.

Great arcade environment, too many problems with arcade games double charging game card to play. Too many games out of service.

We got there and before we ate, we decide to play games that was alot of fun . After that we decide to eat there . We get to the desk so we can be seated .. I told the girl there was 3 of us. Can you please don't get us a small booth .. She start getting smart like saying it's whatever available. She was acting like there wasn't no tables available.There was plenty of tables available ..First come first serve like wow there was a better way to put it .. I then told her been to other restaurants trying to explain it that sometime two people they try and fit three people in I two person booth .. Once again, she said it's common sense.I wouldn't do that like ok just want to tell you ... I told her I could wait if I have to .. She ignore me. She decided give me a table that the waitress already have a big party so she was very busy with that. the waitress was friendly, but she had a lot to do with a big party .. I don't know that was a big delay to get our appetizer 25 mins later or what .. Time they brought our meal someone need another sweet tea.We asked the person that brought the meal can we get another sweet tea .. She told us she can't do it, but she will let our waitress know .. I told the lady our waitress have a big party table all we need is a sweet tea .. She said I will let her know .. that was the second rude person there then she walk away.. You can't just go get a sweet tea ..idk dont understand it ... The food was good. It just took a long time and the waitress was okay. She'd just have her hands full .. It was busy, but there was a lot of tables open. So I didn't understand the delay .. Were you probably got another waitress wasn't so busy .. Dave and Buster, the manager there need to have a meeting with the employees. So they can treat the customers better ..What they say to them when a customer ask a simple question not getting mad or anything .Just asking a simple question ... definitely some rude people there in the restaurant department .. 3 meal was 100 so i would think you would get a better service ..

Kids had a great time having lunch here and then played arcades. The meals with #chips included was also a great deal especially if you have four kids. Food was good and numerous arcades definitely made the stay fun and entertaining.

Wasn't crowded. Nothing to complain about the games were fine and we earned a lot of tickets. Only complaint is they didn't have DDR (Dance dance revolution) and my sis and I were looking forward to playing that. We didn't get food or service so didn't leave a negative rating there
