We came to try the new arena games!! So much fun 10/10 and we’re coming back every Wednesday for half price games!

It was great and we can't wait to do it again.

PEOPLE BEWARE !!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT...The food was terrible, to say the least. My granddaughter was fiven spoiled macaroni and cheese, my daughter and I borh got undercooked brussel sprouts, as well as my cauliflower, the nachos had barely any toppings and was mostly chips, and the sampler platter was another mixture of undercooked and terrible tasting food. Now comes the service, the server we hadbwas beyond terrible, with the worst attitude, rude, with her constant eye rolling and not even acknowledging is when we would askvher something. We had to repeatedly ask for the same things before we would get any of them. Finally, let's move on to the prices, which were extremely high for what they offered, and by example, I had pretzel sticks, side of brussel sprouts and side of cauliflower, then my husband had sampler and nachos and we both had a drink total for us was over $130 and the only thing that we ate out of the entire order was the pretzel sticks. I am also very extremely angry that on top of it all, they attached a very large gratuity to each check in the group example ours alone was over $25, and I don't believe that should ever be aloud to be done in any restaurant no matter how many are in a party, we had 8 people in ours. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION MANAGEMENT TO THIS INFORMATION..WHEN YOU ALLOW OR ATTACH AN AUTOMATIC GRATUITY TO ANYONES BILL YOU HAVE GIVEN YOR SERVERS THE OKAY TO BE RUDE, NEGLECTFUL AND AN ALL AROUND BAD SERVER. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND HOPEFULLY ANYONE READING THIS WILL STEER CLEAR OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. THE PLACE AND SERVERS ARE SERVING FOOD NOT FIT FOR A DOG, AND THE SERVICE IS DOWN RIGHT HORRENDOUS. ....

Carl needs a raise

I went at about 4 pm on a Wednesday. (Half-off day) everything was great I beat the rush. We had the sliders so good. Played games and it is also half off on the big games like the arena (new) and the human crane.

The gaming is top-notch with an amazing selection and everything in working order. The games give plenty of tickets which can actually buy some decent prizes. Overall, it was an excellent experience, but my only complaint is that the food is subpar for the price.

Is ok have been to other ones and have way much more

My husband and I came here for the 1st time because everyone always says how amazing it was. The food was ok I had no complaints. Your drinks for 2 should say how much you're getting because we were not expecting a half keg 😂. We got the meals with unlimited play for 90 minutes because we thought that would be a better deal. However I want to say 35 % of the games were out of order. Very disappointing.

This was a very fun experience. The place is clean and the bar service was excellent. I highly recommend the Aperol Spritz as a first drink. The Scooby Snack shot and the Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade were pretty good but I would avoid the Electric Blue Tini. Games were all in good working conditions and I feel they were very fairly priced. They have a good selection of prizes as well.

We visited your establishment on Saturday night and were extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. We sat at the bar for over 20 minutes attempting to order a drink from the bartender, Ashley. During this time, she responded to our request with noticeable attitude. Shockingly, she then proceeded to remove her shoe and sock, scratch her foot, and handle her footwear with her bare hands—all while looking at us—before walking away without taking our order.

Even after another 10 minutes, we still had not been served. When we approached another bartender for assistance, it became apparent that Ashley was speaking negatively about us to her coworker while continuing to serve other guests. This behavior was both unprofessional and unhygienic, and it left us with a very poor impression of your establishment’s customer service.

Customer service was horrible, food was horrible, just a complete horrible experience. Food was disgusting and although we didn't eat it, we were forced to pay for it. Will never go there again. Stay far away.

Enjoyed playing the games. Have lots of nee additions. Kid and adult friendly. Bar is nice. They have great cocktails. I had the bacon burger it was amazing, a wide selection on the food menu.
