“The food as always was delicious! I had the cream chopped beef and my husband had the pancake breakfast. I was ask which bread I wanted it placed on I decided the biscuits. However! Upon receiving the bill I was charged $ 1.50 extra. I inquired about the charge and our waitress advised it was choosing the biscuits even though they were offered!!! In our opinion, she failed us in not letting us know in advance??!! We are both retired and even if we weren't it should have been disclosed in advance??!!

The waitress also forgot I had ordered a side of grits until half way finished with my meal. By that time, I no longer desired and told her when she finally mentioned it. She apologized for her forgetfulness.

We live on the south side of Tampa and decided the night before we would be eating in their establishment. It is not our first time visiting Mom's Place and looked forward to their famous coffee and breakfast. We were seated quickly, but did not get our usual waitress due to the seating. I will be sure to ask and wait if necessary for our usual waitress next time!!

“Joe's New York Diner Tampa I had to stop by this place to give it a try. From the outside it looks a little quirky but don't be fooled. On the inside it has a 50's diner vibe written all over it. This is one of my double hitter places as in I got Dinner one day and because it was so good I went back the next day to for Breakfast. First of all, this place was clean and very cool inside. The Menu was huge with lots of items to choose from. I love the 50's vibe of this place. Seems like a lot of locals eat here and now I know why. For Dinner I got the Ruben which came with Fries, Soup and Cole Slaw. My wife got the Ham Club which came with Fries and Coleslaw. We also ordered an appetizer of Onion Rings. When the Onion Rings came out, they looked amazing, and they were. These were the best Onion Rings that I had since moving down here. My Ruben was very good and had lots of Corn Beef on it. The Fries were golden brown and there were plenty of them. The Soup tasted homemade and was very good as well. The Coleslaw was in a small container, but it was good. My wife's Ham Club was also good and too much for her to finish. Her Fries was just as good as mine. Our waitress Jade was amazing. She answered any questions we had and knew the menu like the back of her hand. When she took our orders, she never wrote anything down. I thought boy, she is going to screw up our orders for sure but no, she had everything that we ordered down perfectly. She checked on us a bunch of times and even held a conversation about living in the area. I really enjoyed that meal and our conversation. For Breakfast I ordered Ham. 2 Eggs, Potatoes and Rye Toast. This meal filled my plate, and I could not eat everything. Tara was my waitress, and she did a fantastic job, I wanted Decaf Coffee as I have heart issues and Tara did not bat an eye about making a pot just for me. She came by a couple times asking if I needed anything. Everything was good and the Ham was thick, and the Eggs and Potatoes were done just the way I liked them. I loved the meals we ate there, and they made us feel like family. All our food was hot and flavorful. They also have an outside Patio to seating if you like. “This is the Denny's close to where we live I absolutely adore Sherri she's supper sweet and always takes care of us HOWEVER the other waitress is alright. I absolutely love breakfast and their breakfast is always TOP NOTCH we usually get the supper or the grand slam it's amazing the pancakes her are delicious the actual decore and things a bit outdated but nostalgic and warm none the less one of my favorite Denny's JUST cuz' of Ms. Sherri!!“

“For those that don't know. All of the dining halls at USF are open to the public, have incredibly good food, and our moderately priced about $13 a meal. Parking is competitive but available the atmosphere is surcharged with youthful vigor.“

“Grabbed lunch on our way to the airport to head back to Boston and was not disappointed! My daughter ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch bowl. Both were delicious. Comfortable atmosphere, clean tables and attentive staff. Highly recommend!“
