Cozy Coffee Lounge
We came from out of town and spent over $600 for an experience that was honestly very disappointing. The service was poor from start to finish. I ordered a whiskey sour with no egg white, yet it was made incorrectly. The hookah was terrible, and we barely received any attention once we were seated.
A 20% gratuity was automatically added because we were a larger group, which we understood. However, we did not tip extra because our waters were never refilled, drinks came late, and the hookah wasn’t attended to. We ordered drinks and hookah around 1:45, and even then, service felt rushed and careless.
When we asked for to-go cups for our soft drinks, Briana gave us noticeable attitude, as if the 20% gratuity wasn’t enough. She seemed eager to clean our table and push us out rather than provide hospitality.
I’ve been coming here for 5–6 years, and every visit has always been respectful and grateful on our end. This was the first time my family and I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed, especially after spending so much money. This experience did not reflect the place we’ve supported for years.

We were 2 families with 5 adult kids. We had the chicken kabobs, the filet kabobs, Fatoush salad, kibbi platter and kefta platter .The food was delicious. The drinks were crafted meticulously. Highly recommend it!

Food was pretty good. Service was extremely extremely slow. From getting initial order, waiting for food, and waiting for bill. I went in a non busy time. A few tables outdoors and we were the only folks inside for the majority if the time there. Service from waiter was sub par. Atmosphere is nice decor but fairly dirty for it being a slow time. Should have been cleaner a bit. Also, warm inside. No AC

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Dio Modern Mediterranean for hookah, appetizers, and dessert before a dinner and loved the luxury lounge atmosphere. Everything was elegant and relaxing, and Paul was an exceptional waiter attentive, professional, and welcoming. Will definitely return.

Last Saturday, I tried to have a pleasant night with my friend, just having some drinks and it turned into a super unpleasant night! We were sitting outside and had to go through some really bad moments with men we didn't know until one tried to sit at my table when my friend went to the bathroom and left because I started recording him and told him I would call the police. No security man did anything, I didn't even see them, I don't even know if they have any security! Only the service girls helped us and didn't leave us alone, very grateful to the team of girls from Saturday 19

Absolutely love this place! First time here and did not disappoint. Paul made my experience absolutely exceptional. I’ve genuinely never had a better server anywhere I’ve ever gone. He is so kind, social, attentive, and beyond. I wouldn’t have had such a great experience if it wasn’t for Paul. All in all this was an overall fantastic visit.

The atmosphere was really nice—I loved the nightlife, music, and the ladies dancing. Unfortunately, the hookah was terrible, and the drinks were just as disappointing. I ordered a piña colada, but it was basically just pineapple juice. Definitely room for improvement on the drinks and hookah….the hookah was $50 and the price didn’t meet the expectation …extremely over rated was disappointed
