Ordered online, stated 25-37 minutes had to call store after an hour over due waited another 20 minutes on hold to cancel order, than driver yelled at me for cancelling my order. Yeah First and absolutely LAST TIME I will ever do business with Dominoes.

Jacob and his team mate (so sorry I don’t have her name!) did an amazing job at handling orders, being the only two people working, Prepping and baking, answering phones, and dealing with customers after hurricane Milton with wait times 1.5-3hrs. Horrible service. I ordered a pizza online to when it was said to be delivered there was no pizza at the door I called the store and they had told me I was wrong and that it had not been delivered yet but then the person on the phone said the delivery driver Shane had delivered it to a chair outside the door when clearly he had not at the correct address or at any chair at all they lied on the phone and offered terrible service I never ended up getting a pizza amazing. Only this location is like this fix it.

I paid more than 100 and they still lost my order, I waited more than an hour for them to give me my money back and they make a fool of me, I won't go to this place again
wait time over an hour for online orders because its a “friday night” and they’re “busy”? turn off your online ordering and focus on the people you already have. disgusting. i’ve been waiting in the parking lot with a headache for 30 minutes now. absolutely horrendous.

This dominoes is one of the worst locations I’ve ever experienced. I have tried to order delivery 3 different times and each time I’ve had an issue. The wait time it states never matches and usually the order takes double the time shown. This past time I tried to order the mobile app showed the order was delivered and when I called the store the automated system said the order was not picked up by the driver yet. I decided to drive to the location as it had been over an hour. When arriving no one came up to assist right away. Once the supervisor came up she stated that the pizza “could not be located” and that they would make a new one. But the real issue was that the pizza was never made. I understand mistakes happening but, I have never had a successful order from this location. Very disappointing.
