Food was outstanding. Our group had a fillet, scallops, and the Korean chicken. Everything was very tasty. Service was excellent. Pricing is very high as you would expect in a hotel. 
Great restaurant for date night. We arrived early and were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge/bar before being seated for dinner. We ate ALL of our food. The soy glazed brussels were Ah-mazing and the shrimp mac & cheese was hot and creamy. Definitely recommend going, we would go back.
Nice option if one is staying at the hotel, but I would not tell someone to seek this steakhouse out. The service was very pleasant, but on the slower side. Our group of four did not like the small round table we were seated at. Three of us sat on a built-in banquette bench seat while one in our party was seated in a chair. The arrangement was odd. The steaks were excellent, as was the wine list. Skip the sea food tower. It was bland, poor quality, and definitely not worth the...
