Absolutely. Atrocious location have been dealing with them on and off for 5 years, placed an order on Thanksgiving prior to them closing and was denied my order. It's been over a week since that happened and I've yet to get a refund. I have spoke to the store gm and corporate, and neither is helping the process.Don't spend your money at this company let alone this location,

Update. Unfortunately, my daughter loves to get donuts from here.So occasionally, we pop in.And even now, over a year later, I stand there for almost ten minutes.Waiting for a singular donut.

Horrible customer service. I sat there for 4 minutes while 4 people made eye contact with me and didn’t say a thing, then a dude walks from the back and said” I don’t even look like I work here” walked out the front door and back in PASS me and still did not ask what I need nor tell his coworkers I’m standing there. (I mean they clearly all saw me). This place needs a training on customer service 🤣🤣🤣

I came inside this store to do some work on my laptop and enjoy a coffee. It was a simple order and the coffee was great. However, the service exceeded my expectations by a lot. I'm happy that I came here. A special shout out to Christian who went above and beyond. I will be back soon I hope.

It's a Dunkin. Getting what you ordered is a different matter. Having items available even at 930 in morning is a challenge Might have it might not, kinda like HardRock Casino next door, Luck of the draw. Good luck
Made to order or specific item requests, odds stacked against you. Recommend ordering specific menu items with no request. Also early morning ordered do not guarantee fresh, again maybe you'll get lucky.
I like going here because it reminds me of Hartford Connecticut, always a different experience and staff is great.
Excited to visit again soon.

I just left this DD, there was no line and the 2 gentlemen working were both very friendly and made my order perfect in no time! That was 1 of the best DD experiences I've ever had! Def going back to this location!! 🙂

This is my new Dunkin since I moved to Tampa and the staff has always been very courteous, respectful, & have made me laugh many times. My drinks are always good & taste yummy!!

What a disaster. This location is extremely disorganized. They can’t get orders out in a timely manner, numerous people were given the wrong orders and 4 customers needed to use the restroom and they lost the Key!! It’s not that difficult people.

i really don’t understand what was so confusing about my order. I’ve worked at a Dunkin before + easiest job. I was supposed to get a large matcha, received a medium with none of the syrups I asked for.. even though he literally told me to order @ the window like face to face. Then proceeded to give me a medium matcha with like nothing on it. Then says “I’m just gonna let you put the cream cheese on your bagels” like what? Where is the customer service? This Dunkin absolutely screwed me over. he asked me so many questions about my order while I was taking it, I don’t understand where the confusion was

The manager Angie is a complete joke. She tries to hide that she has favoritism because she hired her husband Miguel and gives him more hours. The store is dirty and is always having issues because there are people that work there that is unprofessional. They don't speak English and are very rude. Angie needs to be fired for her not being able to handle HER STORE while or her employees. She picks and chooses who she wants to write up or report even after things are reported to her. This place needs a real manager not someone who wants to give their husband the most hours to save her own household.

I’m not sure what’s going on lately but I think I’ve had enough, the past 2/3 times I’ve been here it takes 10/15 min to get donuts and coffee but today I order glazed regular munchkin holes and had a mixed box waste of my money and no breakfast and later to work because it takes so long and still screw It up.
