My coffee and donut was good but I didn't know a bacon egg and cheese came with no bacon and tasted like sausage. Drive thru lady was super rude. yelled at me through the speaker and couldn't turn around to see i was putting my card away rushing me to grab a bag. She needs more than training

1/4 10:37am drive through worker is clearly sick coughing and sniffling while handling our drinks, food and phone that she was attempting to tap upside down for Apple Pay. The lady barely understands English…The caramel cream frozen coffee did not have caramel drizzle inside the cup and came with no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle on top. I ordered almond milk substitute and they did not make it as ordered and still used Cream. If this was my first Dunkin experience, I would never come back.
Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

One star because there is no option for zero. I have been there three times because is the closest one that I have not because I wanted too. They will look at you straight at your face and dont say a word. Not even we are busy, please wait a few minutes. They will ignore you and make you wait for at least 10 minutes. Avoid this location.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had , I waited in line for over 10 minutes I was only getting told wait , one second etc , after waiting I was told to drive to the window just to get punched by the smell of cigarettes , sitting there with the window open waiting on the lady to tell me what’s going on or to take my order , she then says she has no bagels at all while she’s saying that she has such an nasty attitude bad customer service
