Manager corrected the mistake of another location that is not even connected with them. Despite my bad attitude because of the screw up of the other location, these women were extremely kind and helpful when I had no more time before a long shift to go back to the location that screwed up. Much appreciation for the manager at this location! Thank you for making a great cup of coffee! And for fixing the problem of another location!
This Dunkin' Donuts is in a gas station, and they remodeled it, so it's more of a drive-thru and kiosk order only. It's hard to see what is actually available, and the staff is sometimes busy with the drive thru. If you want to stay there and eat, there are stools and a long table on the wall. Staff is nice.
Place just got remodeled and was hoping that the customer service would b better.. wrong it got worse ??♀️ drive thru girl ID 675694 Dawn had no customer service ethic's wats so ever very un professional and rudeCouldn’t scan the coupons in front of me told the other worker this not working wile he was making my wraps and over charge me for a free item when I asked her she said It did not work then ask wat donut Yu want in a nasty tone dropped it in the bag no receipt...
